I love the sales but the customer service is horrible. I dont know if shes a manager but the girl Taylor in there needs to learn how to talk to people if shes going to stay in customer service. Shes rude and acts like she could care less about the customers in the store. This isnt the first time weve gotten attitude from her. Hopefully someone will address this issue or we will have to go through corporate to let them know how there staff treats customers.

Its an okay location, I pass by sometimes and see the same thing every time though sadly, bad customer service. Its sad to see because these girls that work here are all getting blamed for bad customer service skills but then again you dont see them being corrected about it either. Its a nice store with nice priced items of a popular brand, but lackluster on customer service (girls on their phones, chatting, etc) which theres nothing wrong with, but needs to be done at appropriate times. Hopefully they can improve in this aspect making the store a 5 Star location.

Always inconsistent when I go in. Half the time no one greets. Today there were at least three girls working and not one was talking to any of the customers.

Poor customer service. My daughter and I walked in today with 4 females standing around chatting. We thought they were shoppers blocking the walk way but they were employees. They could care less about the shoppers in the store. I asked about not being able to find the discounted price on certain items and the employee spoke to me and looked at me like I was ignorant and directed me back to read the sign. I also asked if someone could help me finds a size and the response was if you cant find it we can ship one to you for free. I had to sort through cloths under the racks to find what I was looking for. I only made a purchase because my daughter had her heart set on a few items. The cashier couldnt be more uninterested and we definitely were made to feel we interrupted her conversation. Very poor customer service by all employees working there. They were all unhelpful and rude!
