Kieth is a great guy. You have to get over his overbearing wife who works with him though. Very rude and seems to want to upchcharge you for services. Get a second opinion!

Always responsive and quick to help! Never over inflated the issue and fixed what was needed and that's it.

Our AC unit was out when we got back from a 10 day trip. Already stressed about work Monday morning this didnt help the tension of our house at 80 degrees. Called Monday morning and they were here an hour later. It was fixed within that hour and for a very affordable price. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance since it had to be on a certain day of the week i was off. They said it would be in the afternoon sometime (no actual time of arrival was given). They failed to show up or even call to say they were not going to be able to make it on the day the appointment was scheduled. I waited at home all day for no reason. I called at 4pm to see if they were coming and they said no. I asked why no one called to let me know and they said i should have called....
