Shanna has done s great job at finding the best coverage and premiums for our own personal home, rental properties and commercial properties. She is detailed and friendly. She goes the extra mile to explain our coverages. Highly recommend her. She has saved us thousands of dollars.

We had about 20 policies that Shanna Larsen quoted to us through the Heritage Bank (various insurance companies). It was a challenge with so many. Shanna was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mission accomplished and a nice saving plus higher values and better coverage. They made the experience much easier than I thought it would be.

I did my own study/selection for Medicare Part D the first couple years, but went in to the Heritage office just to confirm my choice. They came up with the same company I did.... in a FRACTION of the time! Since then, I just take our meds list directly to them!! Christy is their current agent. She can very quickly sort through all the possibilities and determine which plan is best for each of us.
