        What a POS Company. rented from them previously and left that shop on good terms but apparently they deny me as soon as I bring up getting a apartment with them and they hang up the phone DONT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE SLUMLORDS TRASHY UNWILLING AND UNRESPECTFUL TO ANYONE WHO DOESNT MEET THERE STANDARDS

        This is no joke. I have dealt with many shady people over the years. This is the most sketchy place I have seen in Nebraska. They run this business like thieves and if you see the owner you will know why. I am warning you for your own benefit. This place is bad news, STAY AWAY!

        Slum lords dont get much slummier than this! Very unprofessional and extremely unethical company who try to make up new rules as they go along. They do not take responsibility for their properties and put their renters into hazardous living situations. Buildings are in disrepair and not up to code. They lie and cheat just to make a buck. They try bullying threat tactics to try and make people comply while acting immature and petty. Would highly recommend NOT renting from this company.

        They are great people to rent from. They have nice shops with several sizes to choose from at decent prices. Maintenance is quick and easy if needed.
