        Will never do business again. Ordered one hoodie to be embroidered with a design they already should have had. Ordered in December did not receive it until Feb 27th. Very disappointed!

        Worst experience ever! Ordered shirts in November and by January still did not have them. Had a friend stop in to pick them up when the were supposedly ready early December and they weren't personalized yet. Then they wanted me to pay for the postage to mail them to Omaha. I called daily and could never get an answer as to the status of the delivery (or tracking number) or even an invoice. The owner never returned my calls or emails. Took my business to a local company. I am not the first person to have a problem with their delivery of an order. Do NOT use this company!

        The shirt shack did an awesome job for me with custom embroidery on an item I brought in. I previously called another place in town and they apparently don't do single items, only bulk. They said it would be a 'nightmare'. Not only did Shirt Shack do an amazing job, they did it quickly with a three day turn around time! You guys are great thank you!
