They gave us a $200+ fee for labor from shop and back to shop. You cant tell me that Hickman to Lincoln is worth more than $200. What a joke. Also, the old man that answers the phone is extremely rude and not worth their business. Is not considerate at all with other peoples schedules. Im unfortunate to have moved into a house where Moser has already drilled our well. Because if we could, wed pay elsewhere to have someone from Wyoming or Nevada to come and drill a well. Warning: Go elsewhere for business. Their summary of a fix bill was also super unprofessional. In 2 sentences they had 6 punctuation marks? Cant believe the unprofessional people of this business. Had a wire problem with the well-- no water! Allen was there in a couple hours and found the problem. Criss was out the next morning pulled in new wires and back in service. Good results for middle of the Summer!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Very rude, unprofessional and overpriced. My water went out and they came out to "fix" it. But now I have water pressure issues I never had before. They didn't check the water pump pressure correctly, or clean anything out after servicing it. Very rude on the phone, including the receptionist. They curse at you. I would never use them ever again. They try to go back on what they say. If you need well service, contact anyone else.

Great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable and willing to spend time to help with well problem and questions. I highly recommend them!
