        Ive had a horrible experience with this law firm. They took the guardianship of my mother and then lost her for over 20 days. The facility continues to charge us, but cannot physically find my mom or tell us .About her health and safety

      Adam, I'm sorry that happened to you. Scheduling issues do sometimes occur. We've also had situations where people schedule appointments with other lawyers' offices, thinking it's with us. I'm not certain what happened in your situation. I would note that we don't charge for initial consultations though, so you certainly would not have been charged by us.
