My sons were applying for an apartment a Cimarron in Omaha, Ne. and they were having some staffing issues in the leasing office. Almost a month had past and the application had been passed around from person to person and leaving our family very fustrated. It had final reached Delilah desk and let me tell you she worked so diligently to get my sons application processed and approved. She was nothing but kind and understanding. Always had a professional atttitude and deserves recognition. Best customer service I recieved through this whole process. Thank you Delilah so much for all of your help.

The amount of effort both Gabe and Delilah have given to make sure we would be accepted was astronomical. Every step of the way they were there to answer any questions and concerns we had. Never once did we feel lost in the process. Could not have asked for a better place to apply.

It's an OK-ish place. You must walk your dog at certain times to avoid a clique of 'dog moms' with aggressive dogs. Another thing is to be careful near some bushes as one of the tenants lets her cat out, and it attacks, then leaves them with scattered parts of dead birds. I had to take my dog to the vet after she got a hold of a bird's head. The final nail in the coffin is that management is raising rent for investors, becoming no longer a low-income-friendly rental, forcing many families out of the Stoneridge Apartments in Kearney, Nebraska. Management also does not seem to care that one of the tenants outright records people from their window with a small camera, leaving many of the children extremely uncomfortable. But what else should you expect from a college town with greedy landlords? Haha!
