    We have been long-time Frontier customers (over 30 years). We finally decided to change internet providers because our price kept going up. When I contacted Frontier to cancel our service, they said it would cost $50 to cancel our service! Also, we are expected to pay for services for the full month, when we canceled halfway through the month. When I asked to speak to a manager about this, I was put on hold for 28 minutes-then the call mysteriously disconnected. If this is the way they treat long-time, faithful customers, I would never recommend them!

    Ripppp Offfff. Grandpa is paying close to $100 for WiFi and a regular landline, that doesn't even have caller ID. They've had the service going on 15 years, no interruptions. I had to call the 800 number because their home office here in town....closed. Please look for a better service. You'll be glad you did.

    Spending 20 minutes on the phone talking to an automated computer to speek to a person for 3 minutes for them to put me back on an automated line. Service is slow, expensive, and takes them almost a year to come and burry some lines that they had to add for my internet to even work. (Still havent came and taken care of the wire thats in my drive way.)

    Frontier has been an awful service to work with. Either connection speed has been extremely unreliable despite what was being paid for or it hasnt worked at all. Furthermore, the lack of other service providers in my area there wasnt really any other options to choose from. My account was supposed to be on vacation however the representative that was spoken to at the time of inquiry did not inform us of only being able to do this for 9 out of 12 months. Following expressing that it isnt necessarily the customers fault for the lack of communication with stipulations and documentation for services requested I was told there was nothing that could be done. The customer service worker that was spoken with at time of cancellation was great and answered all questions in a good manner however the company as a whole is worthless. After being a customer for many years, I would strongly suggest to any future customers that are looking for reliable, trustworthy, and affordable providers to look elsewhere.
