        Awful service. I was browsing in the store, when I was ready to buy a pair of earrings no body came up to me to help me. Some of people from the staff in the store just passed by and they didnt even bother to ask is a needed help. I came in jogging pants and a grey hoodie, maybe thats why they didnt even bother.

        I got my engagement ring and wedding bands from Hoovers! They expressed my wedding bands to get sized and soldered in a quick manner, always going above and beyond. Stacey and Linda were always super to work with in all aspects of the choosing/buying/maintaining process! They always greet us with a smile and always recognize us when we stop in. We will continue to do business with them!

        Received a bracelet as a gift several years ago. Wore it a few times and realized it was defective. Tried to exchange it or order a new one. Many excuses were made, including that I was too hard on it at my job. No satisfaction whatsoever. I still have the bracelet, in my jewelry box, only ever worn twice. Will never do business here, ever again.
