        The outside of the chicken was cooked too much, but thank goodness it didn't dry out the chicken. The 4 sides were not what the picture was showing, so I was disappointed. I'm glad that they finally had a promotion that was reasonably because I think some of the prices are too high.

        Horrible customer service. The employees should know what their menu has on it and not get rude when a customer is reading the menu items and not the #s. Then Im pretty sure they are suppose to ask what sides you want, which was not asked, so had to basically interrupt her to tell her what sides we wanted. She sounded like she didnt want to be there and if so maybe she needs to find a different job. Its not that hard to ask questions and punch buttons on a computer. This service alone is why we dont like to go to this kfc. 3/17/24 New review. They didnt fill the bowl and there was no cheese. Fries we got in our order were not filled up either. Had to go back through the drive through for missing items in the order. Weve given this location many chances and when they mess up its major mess ups. Give people food they paid for.

        Literally waited 30 minutes in the drive through and was forced to pay for a drink that I never received. If the drink machine is down they should tell people before they pay not make them pay and dont give them a drink.
