0 stars would be more appropriate. On the day of the wedding, the bride was informed they had no record of her order. Not only did this business lose the Brides flower order, they implied that it was her fault. In reality, their disorganization caused her payment to go toward someone elses stuff. Do not rely on this company to provide one of the most important aspects of your wedding.

Zero stars would be a better option. The bride had been in contact with this shop several times and even paid for arrangements but on the day of the wedding when the mother of the groom arrived to pick up the arrangements the shop had misplaced/lost/confused the wedding/bride for another. Keep in mind the bride had been in earlier the week of the wedding to make another payment so how could it never have been created when she had made payments on her bill. While they offered to put something together last minute-they had nothing on hand for what the bride had wanted/planned for originally. Weddings can be stressful events and having this happen only added to the stress that was occurring. Better planning needs to be done on the shops side so that this never happens again. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone to save them the stress of having this be a possibility.

Straight up lost the bride's order. Had to get a bouquet made last minute from somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing.

Ruined a big part of my wife's and I's wedding by losing our order and making us accidentally pay for someone else's order thinking we were okay and when time came to pick up they did not have anything for us. Would give zero stars if allowed.

Zero stars. Worst service ever. Wedding order was never created because the order form was lost. Terrible organization on Crystals end.
