Ace Rent-to-Own

Recently got a washer and dryer from here washer is new dryer is used here it is almost 2 weeks and can't use it they keep switching days to come and times and yet was told 3pm and not here yet claimed he went to cozad sorry but it don't take an hour to get to cozad to Lexington will never do business here again and this was my first time and worst experience ever

They have a serious problem with the prices of the items, you sign the contract for a price and when you go to pay they have raised the price even though the price for which you bought it is in the contract, they are very opportunistic, they want to take advantage of everything and get more money to people, I do not recommend that you go there You cannot buy any item for the price they have on the posters, everything is a lie, everything is fraud because the article says one price per week and they in the system give you another price and that is how it is for all the products they sell there, very bad. I work and deceive people, I would say scamming, look for another store where they tell you the real prices, not lies in paperwork that does not correspond to the price they put in the system, I am very upset and not even with the contract in hand do they want to accept the mistake because in the contract I signed a price and they say no, it is another price, angry, angry and very angry at how they deceive others

My home was broken in too gave them the police report and because the officer put that my door was kicked in and not Forced entry they want me to pay for the stole stuff I provided not one but 2 police report for them never again will I go here and I'll let everyone ik not to go here u let them know u working they don't care they will continue to blow ur phone and if u don't answer them there calling everyone u listen don't go here o promise u will regret ur choices fast

I was not very impressed with my experience with ace In Lexington, NE. They had very poor customer service and worked with me enough to get by. I also did not appreciate them calling my references. I got text messages and calls early in the morning asking for a payment the day it was due repeatedly in which I had always paid on time. The BIGGEST complaint that I have is that we werent informed about after 6 months of making payments they double the original price so you end up having to pay double what they first quote you. Unhappy customer.
