I am delighted to reflect on my one-year residency at Aventine at Wilderness. This community is beautifully maintained, with top-notch amenities that make everyday living a pleasure. Special thanks to Morgan and Melanie for their exceptional dedication and care throughout my stay. I highly recommend Aventine at Wilderness to anyone seeking a wonderful place to call home.

Nikhol and Morgan were so professional and personable when my autopay stopped automatically paying my rent last month. Based on how theyve treated me in the past, too, it seems their default is professional and personable. I enjoy living at Aventine and Miorgan and Nikhol make it pleasant when Ive needed help. Lived at Aventine for 1 year in their 1 bed and just moved to their 2 bedroom apartment. We chose to stay with them instead of looking for a different apartment because we have been happy with our experience! Morgan in the front office has been so helpful and amazing, she deserves a raise! She is always so nice and has helped me countless of times with moving and questions and everything else! Also shout out to the maintenance team! They are so fast with fixing apartment issues and have never had a bad experience! The apartment complex is always clean and they do regular upkeep to keep it looking nice! 10/10 would recommend :)

Toured this place and was guided by Morgan, she was so amazing and informative and was able to provide everything we asked for! The staff here is amazing and really cares about their residents and their experiences while living here. Also, beautiful facilities!
