Enjoyed living here. For the price and location, I'd say you're getting good value. Highly recommend viewing your room before signing or moving in though, as some units are located next to the overpass (noisy). Some units like ours did not have a window or adequate ventilation in the interior bedroom. Only complaint when I lived here is that Amazon deliveries were left out in publicly accessible areas on occasion.

Their website uses deceptive advertising. Their amenities page implies they accept pets, but in reality they only accept dogs and cats aren't allowed. They don't state this anywhere on their website.

We lived here for two years, but decided not to renew our lease this spring. We enjoyed the location - being able to walk to restaurants and shops downtown and in the Haymarket was great, although many of our favorites have now closed. Most of the finishes in the apartment are nice, like the quartz countertops and appliances. The exception to this would be the toilet seats, which are a cheap plastic and constantly need to be tightened. We lived in a J floorplan apartment and found it adequate, although it would have been better if there was a door on the master bath and the closet wasn't weirdly split. Everything in the apartment is a little tall, from the bathroom sink to the shelves in the closets. The closet in the hallway is so tiny as to be more of an annoyance than useful. For the price, the square footage is very low. The only amenity is a common room, there are no pools or gyms. The construction across the street is very loud and annoying. They seem to usually work 7-5 Monday to Saturday. The noise is definitely loud enough to wake you up and make it difficult to have virtual meetings. The DEC is very high, over $100 a month. Parking is also an additional cost every month. Ultimately, we found the frustration of the construction along with the lack of square footage and amenities to not be worth the price. If you need to be downtown, this could be a good option for you. We moved 10-15 minutes away and now pay $200 less a month for rent, have reasonable utility bills, have almost 300 more square feet of living space, an attached garage, and a community pool, hot tub, and gym. As an additional note, when we moved out the management tried to assess a cleaning fee greater than the amount allowed by our lease, with no apology when this was pointed out. So, if you decide to rent here I would recommend keeping your lease handy.

I loved living at Canopy Row. The location is fantastic and the building is maintained well. I can not speak enough about the Speedway Properties staff. Nina has always been really helpful and responsive. I moved here from Florida and she made the move seamless. I highly recommend living at Canopy Row Apartments.
