        Most unprofessional banker I ever dealt with is Anthony. He gave no care to deal with me without talking down to me. They want to assume someone dont got money while walking in with literally cash and checks to start a new business account. I hope the bank knows they lost a big business account.

        I really appreciate this branch. In particular, the branch manager Blake has really gone above and beyond the call of duty. There was some fraud on my account, which can be jarring, and also alot of work and a ton of stress. Blake stepped up to really help handle all of that. There are numerous things he's helped me out with, and I am so appreciative that Chase has someone like him as the branch manager. Logan has also been alot of help too. From my perspective, Blake and Logan really put on a personal touch to an otherwise huge and sometimes difficult institution.
