T-Mobile

The staff in this store were lack of professionalism -- they were almost useless to be in customer service. We went in to transfer our numbers from outside into an existing T-Mobile account. The store manager told us that he would call T-Mobile customer center and walked away. We did not hear from him ever again. The other staff member told us that there was nothing they could do. We ended up calling T-Mobile customer center directly and got done with the transfers by ourselves while we were right inside the store. The rep on the phone was much more attentive and useful. This should be a 1-star review but giving this a 2-star because at least we could stay inside the store to make the phone call.

TMobile, has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been dealing with an issue that they have not solved over the phone or at this location. NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO HELP YOU and then just CHARGE YOU for service that was never provided. Why is a multimillion dollar company not providing the most basic customer service but instead trying to scam their customers? DO NOT USE T-MOBILE.

12th &P store terrible customer service. Flat out refused to help me do the same thing another store helped me with. Claimed they couldn't access the same info the other store had no problem accessing. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Frustrating!

This location is never open. Hours posted state open til 8 except doors are always locked

Went in to get a new phone yesterday, what I did not realize was the transfer was going to take 4 hours. Johnny and Juan were absolute amazing through the whole process. Went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure I got my phone taken care of! Could not recommend them more! So happy!
