        Adri & Kayla were super helpful in getting my family sorted out with our account and phone upgrades. They went above and beyond to help us, something the 48th & O St store failed to do so. Please get that heater fixed in that store. Your employees and customers deserve better!

        If I can give zero stars I would the guy with the pink hair would not do anything for me I asked him that I want to add a new line to the account and transfer equipment installment from my old accounts to my new account because thats what I was told to do by T-Mobile after transferring 7 lines to a new account they told me I have to go into a store and add a new line and transfer the equipment installment and he would not help me he kept telling me to call general care and they will do it for me. Even the new line I asked for. I even asked him about the Healthcare worker discount and he said I have to call T-Mobile and ask for it. Why is the store even open if I have to call 611 for all my needs?
