I was chastised for not following the white arrows when there was literally no one else around. Yes, I can read. No, Im not cutting anybody in line. Felt this chastisement was unnecessary. Next time, Ill just request curb side. Hopefully I dont get chastised over that too. Olivia.

Had excellent help from a young lady for a new computer and printer. Didn't try to up sell, told me the model I was looking at exceeded my needs, and showed me a printer that did exactly what I needed that used less expensive ink. Sometimes, people make all the difference. This was that time.

Remarkable upgrade to customer service. When you come in the front door they ask you why you're there and what you're looking for and then they assign someone to meet you in the area where you need assistance. The young man who assisted us in the car audio section was absolutely on top of his game. Nicely done Lincoln Best buy.
