        I sometimes have difficulty ordering supplies online, as I did today, so I left a message at Focus. Amanda (in Lincoln) called back within minutes, explained what had happened, how to avoid the issue in the future, and -- BTW -- was delightful to chat with! Kudos to Amanda!!

        Amanda was amazing at Lincoln location! Very helpful! Had a difficult time getting through via phone, but they were extremely helpful once I stopped into the store! Thanks for helping out one of my respiratory patients. Also, Leanna at Wichita location was wonderful over the phone and was helping me even though she was in a different state. Thank you Leanna and Amanda!
