Cafe Botanica I eats . smoothies . juice . coffee . tea

I had a very positive experience; the service was great and prompt, my hummus quinoa salad with Tahini dressing was very fresh and Filling & my juice was refreshing! The price for the salad at $10 was very reasonable for the portion and toppings and I ordered the 24 oz greens juice so I believe it was $10 but if you add up all of the produce they use and not having to deal with the mess I consider it worth it. I will be visiting again soon!

Stopped in to grab a bottle of juice from the fridge and selected the pink dragon. It tasted delicious, albeit a little too watered-down for my taste.

I dont usually leave reviews unless theyre noteworthy, and this was probably the worst experience Ive ever had at an establishment. Ive been in the food service/customer service industry for 9 years. The first thing I noticed was that the cafe was packed but the three girls working were moving at an insanely slow pace and cracking jokes and messing around talking instead of working (and continued to do so during our entire stay). The cashier was very monotone and cold. After that we waited 30 minutes for our food, about 20 minutes into our wait it was obvious they forgot about us because they had to ask our order again. When we received our food (Thai Crunch Salad & Peanut Chicken Wrap) the salad was missing dressing and both meals were missing the chicken. The flavor was there but the service ruined the entire experience of the food. The customers next to us (who were already seated when we got there) asked if we had waited a long time for our order as well, and turns out the workers forgot about one of them as well. We were going to order smoothies to go at the end, but didnt want to wait another 30 minutes. This place is not worth your time or money. To the owners: word of advice, hire new workers.
