Membership not clearly explained and when trying to get out of it of course well you signed the agreements, well companies typically go through the main points so I dont have to stand there reading 8 documents before signing up. Wasnt told monthly credits expire, so went on a freeze for 3 months, wasnt told the freezes are temporary and they also dont count towards a notice to cancel so you either have to pay $100 fee or a full month of membership. Terrible business practices, and no accountability.

You will never be able to get out of the membership. I have been trying for several months to end my membership as I can't afford it anymore and they continue to charge me. I've called and left repeated messages, spoke to a representative and still charging my card. Last resort I will freeze my card and send a certified letter. A complete scam and they should be ashamed of themselves.
