Matt Kirkland came to our attention by watching him sell our neighbors house. As first time house sellers in a somewhat uneasy market, there is no one else who could have done a better job in handling the sale of our home. From his first tour right through to the day it sold, he was there 100%. He walked us through every step with honesty, patience and respect.
