        One year old roof installed by a Ringer Roofing crew had wind damage due to shingles not being installed properly. I called Wayne and left messages, and sent letters (they live 4 blocks away from us) heard back once and they said they would inspect. Never showed up, never called, never returned more calls and messages. We paid $34,000 for a new roof to have the shingles blow off in 60 mph winds? In Nebraska? Seriously? The insurance adjuster found several areas where the nails were showing, and shingles needed to be caulked down. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Avoid this roofer. Service: Roof installation
