        Negative star rating is needed! They are swindlers. They order far too much material for the job and then claim that all unused material is theirs. Trying to contact them is next to impossible and when one can get a hold of them they have lame excuses for their lack of business ethics and immoral business practices. Nor does the company stand behind the warranty!! Avoid this company like the Plague!!

        I would highly recommend Shamrock Roofing for your replacement or if you have storm damage. They are extremely knowledgeable and very wonderful to work with. I just recently had Shamrock Roofing replace my roof. I had 2 skylights removed & covered, I felt comfortable with their professional recommendations & they explained everything step by step, which helped me feel more comfortable with the project. Give them a call & ask for Austin Stotler.

        Bryce Brown was very friendly, polite and accommodating. They worked with me on the short amount of time I had to do things, kept in touch constantly to make sure I knew what was going on, helped explain how everything would go and worked with my insurance and billing. Everything looks fantastic.

        Started off good, was in good contact with Cullin had him come out and take pictures and he left saying hell have an estimate worked up by the following Monday. So as it started to reach a week later of no response or even just a hey we are to busy right now we appreciate you choosing us blah blah blah but nope I had you reach out to him and he said oh yeah I will get it to you by end of day. Nope, reached out a few days later and nothing, a week later reached out and got a reply saying he needs someone to come out again for an estimate even though it was the first think done. And has since to respond. This company is very unprofessional and has very poor communication. It is not worth anybodys time, go somewhere else!!!
