lululemon

I have gone into the lululemon at South pointe a few times since it moved locations. The South pointe location is very convenient as it is closer to where I live and it was great checking out the new store and all their products. However, one thing that was not so great about my experiences were some of the employees. There were a few times I called the store and either no one picked up or I was greeted in a very rude manner by a man, who I believe I have talked to on the phone before. He was exceedingly unhelpful over the phone and couldn't answer any of my questions. I have now started to shop online or go to the Omaha location wont be returning.

I was in town for a conference and was out waking and noticed this lululemon store. Ive never been into a store, or own any items so I took advantage of this opportunity. I walked in close to closing time (which I felt bad about), but the staff didnt even acknowledge that. They greeted me, assisted with questions, and were so friendly and helpful. They made my first purchases from lululemon a huge success!!! Im actually typing this during a current conference session deciding if Im going to go back before leaving town!!

Employees are not helpful at all. They dont even greet you when we enter the store. I asked about the Black Friday promotions, they just pointed to the back of the store and didnt even bother to introduce.
