Went to this place today at 4:29 on my receipt. They had 1 tire in my size 255/65r18. The guy said it was a good tire with 90 plus thread for $80 so I agreed to to purchase it. Another guy came out and raised my suv up with the jack. He than proceeded to take off my old tire. The man struggled with it or maybe new at it because he was hitting my rim trying to take off my tire. The man takes my tire off, goes inside to change out my tire, puts it back on. I leave after he was finished and head home. After a hour of sitting my sensor goes off when I get ready to go to the store for my front passenger tire needing air. I thought maybe he didn't put the correct air psi amount in. So I go and put air in the tire go to the store. After I was finished my sensor goes off leaving the store for the same tire. So I go to put air in it again, except this time I noticed as I'm driving to go get the air my psi sensor on the dashboard is slowly going down. I called the store but remembered at this time at 6:42p.m they was closed since 5pm. My tire that was replaced several hours ago has been going down and at this point I'm upset with the service and how I got a bad tire from this place. I will hope they fix their mistake on this tire. Because taking advantage of people and telling customers they have good tires is unsafe for customers who utilize their cars on the road at which an accident can happen not only to the customer but others due to a default tire. **12/16/23 Went back this am and the guy who was present when I purchased the tire stated it was dirty around the rim, it was not checked and the bulb area as well. He mentioned they fixed the issue and no charge. Appreciate the help and how he got the issue fixed.
