Numotion

I ordered new tires for my chair in December. It took 4 months to change the tires and now 2 wks since after getting my chair fixed, it is down again. The joystick controls broke and won't return to neutral. The young lady I tried to explain it to told me that I would now have to bring my chair to the office for repairs. How am I supposed to get my chair to them?I have no vehicle and don't know anyone else that can hold it. Was told it just like taking my chair to see my doctor, but my doctor is 10 blocks away and use my chair to get there. She told me to do the same way. I told her that I would have to push the chair to the office. That will work, she said. I wish I could have a helpful company to fix my chair. I don't want to lose the independence the chair allows me, but it doesn't do much good sitting around waiting for repairs. What can be done?

I just called for service on my power chair. I got my chair through Total Resp and Rehab. They merged with NuMotion. In March the lift function stopped working. It took six months for them to get it fixed. Now I called again because the left wheel isnt working. After looking at my records he said since it wasnt purchased through NuMotion they will no longer repair it. Their service was pitiful, no one would even answer the phone and now they wont even do the work!

My Fiance and I had been at a loss on how to go about getting certain things for our son with Cerebral Palsy, and we were given NuMotions info, and it was all smooth sailing from there! I'm so glad we found them, and Dave has great and more than helpful. We now have what we need for our little guy, and know where to go for future needs.
