        After receiving my order I noticed that one item was missing, I quickly messaged the company and let them know. I got a reply that they would look into it. It's been over a month and nothing. No response to multiple messages. What a shame, they have a great selection and prices but after they get your money we don't matter.

        This review is for the twisted thunder in Council Bluffs Iowa. I have never been to a twisted thunder stand before. the Iowa location was open and gentleman that was working was very polite,resourceful and helpfull the price is worth it they were fairly priced and the fireworks are actually really good fireworks; I haven't blown any off yet wink wink. Twisted thunder will now be in my rotation of stops.

        The guys working the west roads outlet were incredible. Helped me pick out stuff and were a very personable. Helped me load my truck up too. Best of luck to Central High School wrestling.

      Hi Josue, it is unfortunate and we feel bad you felt the need to leave a 1 star review. After 3 phone calls attempted with no success in reaching you in your number ending in 6864, not sure we could have done much else while also offering to refund for the glitter bomb. Sorry you felt you didn’t matter. As you can imagine, working with hundreds of customers a day, things get a bit chaotic in the busy part of peak season, however we never want anyone to feel unsatisfied or feel like “they don’t matter”. We’re still willing to help and resolve the situation, however we need a bit more communication back other than a 1⭐️ google review. We’d appreciate it if you’d allow us to make it right.
