I got charged just for them to check out my water heater and tell me I needed a new one. The guy also looked at my sink and told me I needed a new faucet. It was more than just that it was a part from under the sink that needed to be replaced which my uncle and cousin caught right away and he isn't even a plumber. Also who ever came in to fix my sink drilled a huge gaping square hole in my bathroom that is still there like at least offer to glue it back! Showing up and doing the bare minimum isn't hard work. Just admit you don't know what you are doing. There are definitely areas that they need to improve and they need to stop charging for no service because at that point it's a scam. We had a sewer emergency and The guys who did the work were absolutely fantastic! They were very quick and helpful. Respectful. However, setting up arrangements to get the bill paid has not been a professional experience. Made a payment, got the invoice the next month threatening collections of not paid in full. Called the office to make payment arrangements and a nice lady answered the phone and said we could make the payments I needed work. I was then placed on hold, and a different lady came back on the line stating very clearly that she was the office manager and would not accept the payments and if it wasnt received by the end of the month it would be sent to collections. Thinking about letting it go to collections just so they lose some of their profit. Very unprofessional and not understanding. Will not do business again. Service: Sewer repair
