Pacific Place Apartments

My wife and I have lived here for three years and can honestly say its the best place we have lived so far. Not only is the property manager very helpful and quick responding, but is also very understanding. As well as its one of the very few places that allows pets. The people who keep the building up to the cleaning standards also are amazing. They keep it very clean and show how much they care for their jobs. The outside of the building is always kept to the best possible standards. The lawn always looks great and is very well maintained. The neighbors are also very respectful and kind to each other. From the second you move in to your apartment it truly does not seem as if it is apart of an apartment complex, it seems like a little home. The only time we would see it as an apartment complex is when we walk out our door. Our maintenance team is also very friendly and its very easy to request for something to get fixed through an app that connects everyone in our building. I am sad to leave such a great place with great people and staff but truly enjoyed our time here.

Renewing lease for another year. Getting too expensive. Washers unavailable since Christmas. Friendly neighbors. Quiet building.

Very nice and affordable apartments! Management is very professional and accommodates to its tenants needs in a timely manner. Havent been here long, but in the amount of time spent, I am greatly impressed. Other tenants are very mindful of each other, so the apartments is very quite and people keep to themselves.
