South Platte Terrace Apartments

Nice place to start my life out in. I had issues with blinds and a loose shower knob. Same day I reported it maintenance fixed it only 5 mins after I reported it. South Platte Terraces new management is terrific and outgoing.

Lived here for 6 months, had asked them multiple times to come spray for roaches. They never would. My doorknob shattered from the inside and locked us in the apartment. After 10pm on a Saturday night. Since I didnt think it was such a big deal to bother someone on their weekend to come fix it. Mind you the previous tenant of 2 years had issues with that doorknob and told them multiple times. We ended up changing it out ourselves. They never once came to check if it needed fixed at all. I gave them a month before it got changed by us. They didnt clean anything before we moved in. Dishwasher was disgusting even had a little ant poison thing inside of it. I spent an hour and a half of my own time cleaning the glass doors and the second door because they never kept things clean.. I do not suggest ever living in these apartments. Left the place spotless. Honestly just forgot to clean out the drawer liners (their drawers left wood splinters on our cooking utensils) and I forgot to wipe the freezer out and somehow they were cleaning the place for 3 hours. Completely ridiculous. The management is ridiculous. I had one screen on the windows out of the 5 windows. The ventilation system is so nasty we were sick every other week to every month.. I do not suggest this place unless its your last resort..

I've been delivering pkgs to South Platte for the last 9 plus years. Since Brian and Meghan took over. They have been working diligently along with their crew to making it a much more respectful place to live. Always very forthright is Brian. Be honest and up front with him and you will receive the same in return

Major roach infestation I have emailed several times and even told you about the cracks that they were probably breeding in , they have sprayed 2xs since I moved in 4mo ago, also yes maintenance isnt the best nothing gets fixed.
