Visiting family during Christmas holiday. Needed a rental, called and was told we couldn't rent a car because drop off AT THEIR LOT was Christmas Eve and they were closed, they even had keyboxes at the airport for their rentals. I have rented from Enterprise in our home state and never had an issue with dropping off at their lot during non business hours. Emailed their corporate and was told a manager at that store would contact me, and it never happened. Very poor customer service, will not recommend nor rent at this location, and use other rental agencies at the airport instead.

Was told couldn't drop off a rental ON THEIR LOT Christmas Eve because closed. Has never been a problem in any other time I rented from Enterprise in other states. They even had drop boxes at the airport for their rental keys. Was told by corporate email mgr would contact me to talk about this but never happened. Very poor customer service. I travel a lot but will now recommend and use other rental agencies at airport instead when in this town.

Lisa was amazing to work with. She was very helpful when it came to renting the car. She was very friendly and although she had a line of customers she made sure i knew she would help me as soon as she could. It was my first time ever renting a car and Lisa made the process sooo easy for us. We got a Cherolet Traverse and we are convinced we need to get that car next. We will definately be coming back to rent from this location! Lisa you're awesome&ill see you soon!
