They are large apartments with beautiful layouts. Shay in the office is very easy to talk to and work with if you ever have problems.

I'd like to preface by saying I've never been one to review anything ever, but I have had such an eventful first 3 weeks of living here: I moved in 3 weeks ago and had a bunch of problems with the move-in condition of my unit including water spraying everywhere from the shower, a constantly running toilet, and light bulbs being out. In fact, I've had my bread eaten by mice (and trapped one) before they came and fixed anything that should have been move-in ready anyway. Their fix to the mouse problem? Bringing mouse traps after I already had some laid out. Maintenance has had my work orders for a few weeks, but nothing is being fixed or communicated to me. I can hear my upstairs neighbors loud and clear, often waking me up, and the appliances are at least two decades old. 3 weeks in, I'm upset that I'm trapped in my lease and I already know that I will not be renewing. The only saving grace for Steeplechase is that their staff is very friendly and the units are spacious. They're lucky to get 2 stars. EDIT: I have caught 4 mice in 4 weeks living here. They have only assisted by providing glue traps, which are inhumane. Nothing like rolling out of bed at 4:30 am to the sound of a struggling mouse!
