Dayspring Bank

Do not use this bank. - I had to update my original review because I was speaking only from a real estate investor standpoint, but this update is for the general consumer. do not use this bank if you want your money to be safe and protected. I just logged into online banking to find my accounts have been closed. So I had to call to figure out what is going on and the rep said the accounts have been closed due to "inactivity". Apparently they will close your accounts without your consent if they want to. Now I don't have access to any funds that I had in my account nor any access to any bank statements. Original Review. - This bank is not suited for real estate investors! I used this bank for strictly commercial real estate loans (no personal mortgages). My experience was less than ideal. The loan officer I was teamed up was not organized and did not communicate. They do not advocate for you or your business by turning down deals, and have higher fees and rates.

I hate the long delays in mobile deposits. They say if you deposit before 5pm on a day they are open, it will available that day. But have done this with my paycheck many times on Fridays, yet it doesn't become available until the following Tuesday. Leaves me unable to get stuff needed on weekends. Grrr
