Even though my boss has an account here, I still sometimes have to pay a fee to cash a pay check. My paycheck is never over 130 dollars, and paying several dollars to cash such a small check seems ridiculous to me. You can look at my bosses account and see the money's in there.

I agree with the rest of these reviews . The people at this branch need more training I deposited a check on the 1st was told I couldnt cash out till Friday-Saturday so that it would be cleared because it was from a different bank yet after coming on Friday the other teller told me that it cant till Wednesday I get it the check needs 7days why was I told by another teller it be ready by Friday-Saturday then.. More training is needed. Also I have had my money deposited in another account before per mistake from the teller at this bank thanks to my receipts I was able to prove them. They make a huge deal when you take a couple thousand out because they dont understand some people work hard and know how to make money even when I was making money from my school they was making it seem like I was doing fraud. The bank is good but this branch makes me want to switch banks All day together. What are they going to do when Im making thousands in my career I cant stand the people here I also feel like they take advantage of the Hispanic community and wouldnt be surprised that they steal from the people like I said they deposited my money into another account and said it was a mistake like how do you do that when I give you my whole debit card and Id. Theres some fraud going on here with the workers against the customers and HR or someone needs to step in and investigate this branch.
