My concern is that the 132nd & California location is a large branch but not open on Saturday morning. Additionally, I live in Elkhorn and this location is the closest to me. Why would there not be another branch in the fastest growing part of the city?! This is ridiculous! Im moving my business.

It is unfortunate to report that my experience with Bank of the West has been extremely unpleasant. From the moment I entered its facilities, I could see that the appearance of the branch was neglected and dirty, which made me question the seriousness and commitment of this bank to its customers. Also, during my interaction with your customer support staff, I witnessed inadequate and unprofessional service. I felt ignored and neglected, which led me to lose confidence in the ability of this entity to provide a quality service. As if that wasn't enough, I found out that Bank of the West has been using deceptive and unethical practices to deceive its customers, which I consider to be unacceptable and immoral conduct. In summary, my experience with Bank of the West has been very negative, due to their poor customer service, dirty and inadequate appearance of their facilities, and unethical practices. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone looking for quality service and honesty in their financial operations. In addition to the above, I would like to add my dissatisfaction regarding the deceptive practice that I have experienced in connection with the promotion of the $200 cash bonus that banking offers to new account holders. I was drawn to this offer, which states that one must spend $1000 in purchases within 3 months of account opening to be eligible for the cash bonus. However, after making the necessary purchases and meeting the stated requirements, I was informed that the bonus was not available to me due to "technical issues". I felt cheated and let down by this unethical practice by Bank of the West. This situation leads me to question the integrity and honesty of the entity, and makes me doubt whether I would recommend this institution to other clients in the future. In conclusion, not only have I had a negative experience with Bank of the west poor customer service and sloppy facilities, but I have also been the victim of a deceptive practice related to the promotion of the cash bonus. For these reasons, I definitely cannot recommend anyone to do business with this bank.

Worst bank around. Horrible hours and customer service and it's impossible to contact a person over the phone to try to do anything. Before I tried closing my account they randomly deactivated my card without telling me and with no explanation multiple times. Months after trying to close my account I get a letter in the mail telling me my account that should not exist anymore is overdrafted
