Two days after the tub was installed one of the jets popped out been waiting for four months parts called Mike he says maybe next week then says hell call but never does let him know one of the floor jets keeps popping out now says hell have tech look at it when he comes out when ever that may happen maybe next year if he ever calls back or answers his calls poor poor zero star rating customer service

Went in for pool table supplies. No greeting or acknowlegement. Walked around for about 10 minutes and still nothing. Finally got in line behind a customer who was chatting politics with person behind counter. Still no greeting or "I'll be with you soon." Once they finished talking politics (about 5 minutes) I asked for what I wanted and they were out of it. The time before when I was there it was similiar except that I purchased a pool cue and case. Online pool supplies here I come.
