        Seemed like the menu was trimmed down soup-wise compared to other locations. The food and service were good. Seemed like it was kept clean fairly well.

        It wouldn't be a Panera Bread experience if they didn't screw your order up EVERY time you eat here. Just picked up food and again something is missing. Ordered a Greek Salad with avocado. Paid for avocado. Got home and opened salad, no avocado. Wanted chips to go with Broccoli Cheddar soup. No chips. Wouldn't be so bad if the employee at the pickup window hadn't assured me that everything was in the bag. If it weren't for my wife wanting Panera I would never eat here. Freaking hate this place because of how frequently they muck up my order. "Accuracy matters" doesn't mean anything when you screw up this frequently.

        I got a tuna salad bagel and the bagel was ALL toppings and there was an incredibly slim smattering of tuna on the rock hard bagel. I know this is Omaha and I shouldn't expect food new york style bagels, but don't cheap out on the meat. If I want a bagel with nothing on it I'll get a bagel. When I say I want tuna on a bagel, give me the gosh darn tuna.
