This location was everything for me. The location on 90th dropped the ball it was a big mess. This location completely saved the day and was super understanding. 10 out of 10

Enterprise made my rental car experience easy from start to finish. All the staff that helped pick me up, get me my vehicle, and checked up with me on the phone were very friendly. The car I received was in great shape and very clean. I would without a doubt use them again!

After thinking about the experience even more overnight, they are lucky to receive a 2. Car was not ready when we arrived and we had been told we would have a choice of 3 cars, and they had 5 days to figure this out, then was told continuously that they car is only to get you to and from point a to point be? Classy, even if I didnt have any important things to do, would be nice to be respectful to your client. Then this was completely reinforced when returning the car in her the salesman told me again this car was only for you to get from point a to point be and we didnt need any other cars, especially when they are low in stock. Again you had 5 days to fulfill what was told to me by the manager, and it didnt get done. Will never go back to this location again.
