        Just picked up a rental car that Im supposed to have for a week. Not only was it not cleaned by the company but probably only clean by the last person who occupied it. It was not cleaned very well. It smells strongly of cigarettes and has animal hair throughout it. There were still spills and smudges all over the car as seen in the pictures. Cupholders had spills and food still in them and the steering wheel is still sticky like syrup or oil I dont know, and then the vehicle doesnt even have the navigation card. Its an option, but apparently that has never been installed. We are a military family. We have rented many cars and have driven all over the world. Ive never been in a rental car that does not have a navigation feature in it at least not in this decade. My card is being charged $500+ for this?! The agent who checked me out, wasnt rude, but he also was not personable, and if I had to choose again, I would go with Enterprise rather than hertz.
