The rental vehicle was not full of fuel, and when I returned it, the National employee told me the next time I rented from them in Chicago at O'Hare airport, he would upgrade my next rental.... very dissatisfied with that, they could have at least offered a fuel voucher or a free day for this added expense to me.

King at the Omaha Epply location is awesome. I rent weekly and he is usually checking me in when I return my rental. Very professional, considerate, and always asks about my rental experience. Great person!
