I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim. My family has been using him for years and he has gone above and beyond for us. I asked him to work on a rug that my kids ruined with chocolate milk. He tried tirelessly to remove the stain and actually contacted the original rug maker to replace it because the instructions were inaccurate. The rug maker (from Ireland) replaced it for Jim.
