        Customer service this is this location is horrible. The other lack of caring about the customers experience is ridiculous . Needed to do a warranty replacement was notified that the phone was there at the location. When going to pick it up was sold that. They had no idea where it was. Didn't do anything to trying located and told us to come back the next day. This process was very frustrating and if I do not receive my new device in the next few days. I will be switching to another service after twenty years. Way to go t mobile you lost a customer.

Both employees that were working there were very attentive with customers coming in. If you need assistance with your service I would highly recommend coming here.
