        The costumer service is terrible. They say the wait time is 30 to an hour, but it would be more than one hour and they never answer. They took my money twice and my phone still wouldnt work. Simplemoblie is not the best phone service. Dont get it if you dont want your money to go to waste. I will be changing my phone service. They dont even deserve one star.
