The Joint Chiropractic

Since I stared with The Joint I have had not so much pain in my neck or back. I was going to the Council Bluffs, IA not to happy with them because I was not feeling that I was getting things like I did when it first opened. I notice they were opening in Omaha, NE. I started going over there, yes it was a little out of the way but I meet with Dr Austin that gave me what I was looking for, just after a few weeks seeing Austin, he told me I walked in better then I did when he saw me the first time. I sure do miss not seeing him. When I do go I still have the great Experience the doctor listens to what I need done

Amazing. I can't say enough good things! I've been wanting to go to a chiropractor for forever. This place does walk-ins and adjustments on the first visit.

I just started going to the Joint this week and only have great things to say. I love the affordability, walk in availability, and the knowledge of each doctor. I have an extremely active lifestyle working out in my part time job and hadnt been in to a chiropractor for way too long. I also am in a job transition so not dealing with insurance, and the price point is so valuable. Thank you !

Dan made amazing!! I highly recommend stopping in.. I do high intensity labor and have suffered a lot of pain.. Joint Chiropractic has helped get me back on my feet!! 5 STARS!!

Dr Austin adjusted me during a time I had a lot of lower back pain . That same day in the evening I grew so much worse I visited the ER . My wife and I canceled the membership immediately in person . We canceled within our 3 day right to cancel and we were told we would receive our cash refund back and would not incur any more charges in the future. Up to this date we still got charged and they 06recanted on our cash refund . They claim no refund will be given due to an Ashley (previous employee) I getting fired and not processing correct paperwork. Im feeling better but still hurt and currently consulting with personal Injury lawyer for more info . Update : 06/19 13:00 hrs . Your response to this review is only but a pretentious act to supposedly, show the public joint chiropractic is willing to resolve a customer service issues, in this case a dishonest issue from your part . I called your office out on it today by going there in person, since I was at Home Depot, decided to stop by and take you up on the offer in resolving this . But I was not surprised again, Dr Austin did not want to resolve this. So your offer was a crock of B.S. and waste of time . Even though we explained what happened, Dr Austin pretended to act clueless and play stupid and denied any opportunity to resolve this issue .
