weird interaction with drive thru. I told them to make me a frozen matcha and they gave it but I returned back because it tasted like straight up coffee. After I told them this is a wrong order they gave me the drink 5 seconds after like did they mess up my order no way u can make a drink that fast. also the last order didnt have the label but the new one did. anyways I then told them to just throw out my old drink they messed up and lady said sorry we dont take drinks like okay? i just told u to throw it away I never asked for u to taste it. and the other dunkin I went to they took my order back and threw it away. but this dunkin they dont lol.

Very busy location so you can expect to wait. The staff are friendly, but when you tell the guy THREE times you want an everything bagel and he still makes a plain bagel.... Seriously how hard is it? Look you can be the nicest guy in the world but it isn't hard to understand the difference between everything and plain. If it is, then maybe you need to find somewhere else to work. The girls on the other hand manage to understand this.
