I have visited this location numerous times since their opening and even though a I had a few order hiccups the staff and managers were always polite and fixed errors right away.

Two days in a row where mobile order hasn't been correct for a breakfast sandwich. Coffee is never consistent either. Today I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel and was handed a bagel with cream cheese spread on it. The day before I had the same order and was given a sandwich with no bacon.

I was so excited to have a donut shop on the neighborhood. I went Saturday morning at 8 to pick up what I figured would be freshly made donuts. 2 were alright but 1 of them was hard as a rock and incredibly dry. It had to be at least a few days old. My dad had also gone the weekend before for breakfast and had a similar old dry donut. The 2 donuts that were alright were fresh but had an off putting flavor my daughter and I just nibbled on them and threw them away. Now the coffee just blew my mind...in a bad way. I asked for a mocha but what i got was black coffee with 3 pumps of chocolate syrup acording to the sticker on the cup. Don't advertise it on the menu if you can't make it. I really wanted this to be a fun delicious place but I don't plan to go back. I'll stick with grocery store donuts for my Saturday morning treat.
