Poor quality and even worse customer service. I've called, sent emails and even sent a letter by tracked USPS to the "Office of the President. Crickets...no response.....don't waste your money. You can get the same or better quality at Kroger for far less.

Wow, what a disappointment! Ive never had such a tough piece of filet in my lifeespecially at these prices. Id say that me and my family are done with Omaha Steaks! They seem to have lost their way. The prices are still high but the quality isnt any more! As they say, fool me once!

Am on vacation overseas and attempted to place an order for my son in Maryland for his birthday. The website will not let me even look at what is available. I do not want it delivered here but to a US address! I have ordered several times before so I am an established customer. Called customer service (at my expense from SE Asia) and they would take my order but without access to the website, I have no idea what to order! Unless they change their website I will not order again!

Pricey, but normally good quality. However, in the name of profits, some things have gone downhill. Most notably, used to get free burgers with a large order. Still do, but oddly enough, they've gotten MUCH smaller
