Sloppy billing! They are only after your money. The estimate for treatment kept changing and it felt very dishonest. The office manager is very dismissive and refused to honor the original estimate. This practice is NOT ran like a dental office, it's a greasy used car lot. DO NOT GO HERE!

innovative dental care is the best dental office i have ever been too! All of Dr. Summers staff are amazing and treat me like family. They remember things about me including my husband and daughter. Dr. Summer is so sweet and takes her time with her patients. At the beginning i had a lot of dental issues and since Dr. Summer took care of them my teeth have been great with no issues. They do just about everything in house which makes it even better. They offer a lot of different things to make sure I am comfortable (especially if its for a procedure) they have dark glasses so the light doesn't bother you, they can give you headphones so you can listen or watch something, they have blankets to keep you warm, etc. I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone i know hands down.

Innovative Dental Care is very money driven and dishonest. The financial estimate for my treatment magically increased 3 times after I signed off on the original to where I couldnt afford it any longer. They wouldnt stand behind the original estimate and the business manager was very dismissive to me. Dont trust Innovative Dental Care. Ive NEVER had a dentist office be this shady and greedy. Theres plenty of honest and skilled dentists in Omaha, Innovative Dental Care is not one of them. They also sent me to collections for treatment that I never received!
